MSDhoni steps down as the Captain of India and ViratKohli will lead captain in all three formats
Unexpected announcement from our Indian ODI’s & T20 cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni that he has been quit from Indian captain-ship from the limited overs crickets it means that he will not been as a captain from all the ODI’s and T20 matches.
He already retired from test matches captain-ship in “30th Dec 2014” and continued his captain as ODI’s and T20 but now he surprised all of his fans to quit as catain-ship from ODI’s as well as T20’s, Which is unexpected announcement to all and It has been a big loss for Indian cricket team.
He played most international matches as captain as well as keeper. He lead 72 T20 mathces which is a world record to him as well as Indian team.
He had been led 199 international ODI matches as indian captain, Which is the 3rd top most player across the world to led captain as more number of international series. There were two more players before of him.
1st => 230 International ODI mathces played as a captain – Ricky Ponting(Austria)
2nd => 218 International ODI mathces played as a captain – Stephen Fleming(New Zealand)
3rd => 199 International ODI mathces played as a captain – MS Dhoni(India)
During his captain-ship perior 2007 – 2016 he played an active and cool cricket ever had before to the indian team. He got named as Cool Captain which most impressive. We haven’t see such a wonderful match finisher/hitter. Especially his “Helicopter shot” none of us forget of that style of shots.
